WELCOME To Pat Baeske

The Old Miller Farm

Old Miller Farm - Pat Baeske home away from home

I have settled in at the old Miller Farm for now. It is a nice rental until the villa is built and I move in for good. The builder said that by mid November the development I chose should be ready to move into. Right now there are no streets or other homes.

I so remember the Miller farm as a little girl. The Millers would always be out in the fields with the corn, beans and barley crops. It was a hard way to make a living but the towns folk sure enjoyed the fresh produce they sold in town on Saturday.

They now have a small home just a few miles from the farm and I think they miss the old place, but their son Tom said he was not going to be a farmer and headed to Hollywood where he is unemployed and trying to make a living as an actor. I wish him well.

I plan to work on some of the rooms in the near future and should have all ready for when people come and visit.

More about the farm later.
